I called 3 days in advance, specified what I wanted. The first mistake was Shea never shook my husbands hand. Which my husband wanted to leave after that. I had the whole team call and text me for 2 days prior confirming what I wanted. Even offered Starbucks when we arrived. About 2 hours later we finally received our order. To be honest Shea was not very friendly. Since I called ahead of time I was expecting more than 2 cars to look at. Shea was going back and forth pulling cars from the lot after the first 2 were a no. I didn’t want to waste my time at another dealership I decided on one. CX-50 which had 7k miles. Shea offered to take it to get fuel and full detail. Later that day I noticed crumps, fingerprints on the dash, I sticker stuck to the windshield. I really was not ecstatic about buying a new car. My honest opinion we should have left and just dealt with another dealership. More

I was feeling pretty defeated when Shea reached out to me, and honestly I was very skeptical after being denied elsewhere. I even tried to cancel the appointment. Shea reassured me that he had me approved at zero down, without applying any pressure. I thought it was too good to be true — but it actually turned out even better than that. Dave came out and spoke with me directly and really sweetened the deal. I ended up with a much newer and nicer car than I ever thought possible. I drove away in my new car that same day! A few days later, Pedro even called me back in to re-sign because my payment went down after everything was finalized. Overall, it was a great experience and I’m extremely happy with my new car! More
