After agreeing to purchase our Subaru, we were scheduled to meet for the final accounting at 2:00. Our salesperson, came and wondered why we were still in the chairs as well as a couple other associates. to meet for the final accounting at 2:00. So he decided to show us the features on our car as it was parked in a bay nearby. Finally, at 4:00 we met with the accounting person and finalized the car. Leaving us sitting for over an hour is not good business. We liked our salesperson and would go to him again. However, waiting over an hour with an appointment would not be acceptable. More

Shea really took care of me. Sales are easy when there isn't a issue. I had a few issues and Shea came through. I am very happy to have given my business to White Bear Subaru. NOTE: If you are buying the new Onyx XT and previously owned an Outback LTD, the stereo is horrible. I upgraded my speaker system ($994) and that did the trick. Subaru really blew it re: the stereo system. A fully loaded high end Outback should come with a GREAT stereo! Outside of that this fully loaded XT is amazing! Wait till you feel the power of the turbo. No more counting to ten when trying to merge on the freeway! Contrary to Consumer Reports, the navigation etc. is very intuitive! I am an old guy and had ZERO issues! More

Great experience working with the finance office and my sales guy Shea. One bad experience was how they almost were not going to let me test drive the car I specifically wanted and called the day before on sales guy Shea.
