Super pleased with my experience with White Bear Acura Subaru. I just leased my second car through them; I worked with Shea both times and my experience with him was great! was charged $5000.00 over book, which would have been ok if they would have valued my trade above trade value. they did not. I found out couple of days later, should have been paid $2000.00 more. Was kept in finance office at least 45 min where they kept trying to sell me maintenance agreement, which I did not want. was told I would be receiving "holiday gas card" in mail. It has been about 7 weeks and still have not received, in spite of 2 calls to dealership. Very pushy salesman. More
