Shea was very thorough and beyond patient with me during my evening test drive in the rain (which ultimately was the deciding factor in my Forester purchase). He went over everything from mechanics, safety and features of that vehicle, and knew the answer to every question I had about the vehicle. More

The added safety features on the redesign plus the loaded Forester Sport on the showroom floor convinced me my next car would still be a Subaru! Great experience all around. More

The sales rep at White Bear Subaru Shea Reyes was very patient as I worked my way through the process, which took several visits and a number of emails. He answered every question. By the time I was finished I was completely satisfied with the 2019 orange Subaru Crosstrek Limited I chose. I love the Limited’s interior and sharp looking wheels! I later took advantage of the dealership’s offer of additional training on this vehicle’s many features with Ryan Siv (I highly recommend this). No buyers remorse! I enjoy driving my new Crosstrek. And I had a good experience. More

Great Experience I went in knowing I was likely buying a Subaru. I planned on just getting info, maybe a couple of test drives and then begin my research and get the I went in knowing I was likely buying a Subaru. I planned on just getting info, maybe a couple of test drives and then begin my research and get the best deal. 3 hours later I walked out with the new Forester Sport. I was 99% sure I would buy the Outback but the sales guy gave me all the information I needed to convince me I wanted to go with the Forester. From there - it was price. I said that normally I would go out to True Car or other to see the best deal I could get. My sales guy worked with the finance guy to do that background while I was there and came up with a fair price. Maybe I could have worked to get a slightly better deal, but it was certainly fair and I got to avoid calling a bunch of other dealers. I had to wait a pretty long time for finance, but was because a couple folks were out that day, so I guess I could cut them some slack. More
