Will charge you for a service they didn’t even complete. Tried to say they gave me a tire rotations, charged me for said rotation and didn’t even do it. When I told them about it they tired to lie and say the did it. I point out the couldn’t have because my tire has a mark and that tire was still in the same place as before. Then try to lie and upsell you on something you don’t need. Was told I need 10 Lug Nut for two tire rotations. When the two tires together only have 8 Lug Nuts. But I’m suppose to believe they actually rotated my tires when he couldn’t even give me a correct price for the lug nut replacement. Won’t ever be going back to this place after going for 10 years. This whole experience has left me with a bad taste in my mouth from everyone involved. More

It was great! I went in to check my tires and breaks. I didn't have an appointment and it was a little latter in the day but they said no problem and fit me in wit I went in to check my tires and breaks. Even found a recall( I think thats what Ms. Sheila said it was) for the module for the fuel pump and I said 'OK. Let's make the appointment because its getting late and I don't want to keep someone late at work.' Ms. Shelia and the gentleman who was working on my car both said 'absolutely not! We can fix this right now! Not gonna send you home in a car that isn't at 100%!' They care about there customers! Even us rude goofballs with no appointment! ?????? But seriously, that whole crew over there are amazing! More
