Online said I'd get a rental. I didn't. Service advisor didn't keep us updated. When called, we were told we'd have to pay for repair. Declined it. Told them I can do it myself. T I didn't. Service advisor didn't keep us updated. When called, we were told we'd have to pay for repair. Declined it. Told them I can do it myself. They called back a few mins later and said it's under warranty. I feel they should have known this due to power train warranty and a known problem the model of vehicle has. When called to tell us the vehicle was ready, they called the wrong number and that person had to call me to tell me. If I wouldn't have been able to answer the phone, we would have been without a car for another day or two due to work schedule. The shuttle driver was not the most friendly either. All he asked was where to go. No hi bye thank you don't let the door hit you on the way out. Thankfully he stopped the car for me when I got out and didn't tell me to tuck and roll. Not a pleasant experience with Leson. And sadly to say, I've had a few other unpleasant experiences there. Should have went back to Banner. More

Will charge you for a service they didn’t even complete. Tried to say they gave me a tire rotations, charged me for said rotation and didn’t even do it. When I told them about it they tired to lie and say the did it. I point out the couldn’t have because my tire has a mark and that tire was still in the same place as before. Then try to lie and upsell you on something you don’t need. Was told I need 10 Lug Nut for two tire rotations. When the two tires together only have 8 Lug Nuts. But I’m suppose to believe they actually rotated my tires when he couldn’t even give me a correct price for the lug nut replacement. Won’t ever be going back to this place after going for 10 years. This whole experience has left me with a bad taste in my mouth from everyone involved. More
