Shelby was awesome! Everything was very streamlined and easy. The financial department was very easy to work with and I enjoyed some of the paperwork being electronic. Shelby was the reason for us to do the business with Lou Sobh Honda. She was extremely polite and interested in learning about our requirements. She quickly worked on the deal, keeping our preferences in mind. We stopped at Lou Sobh en-route to another dealership a little late in the evening. We are glad that we met Shelby who not only helped us clinch this very late last minute but she also stayed very late in the office to facilitate the deal. She is the best and we would highly recommend her. This is our 5th new car in last 10 years, and we can say with high confidence that Shelby is making Lou Sobh an exceptional place for car buyers. Will highly recommend Shelby and Lou Sobh Honda to our friends and family for their future car shopping. More
