I only saw Shelby once. She was pleasant and helpful. The motor mount replacement was handled quickly and professionally. I had a turn signal problem that was reported and the mechanic seems to only want to look at the bulb which apparently isn't the issue. 2 times I've been to the dealership and no resolution. I now have to make another appointment to hopefully have someone seriously address the problem. I have called the dealership and no answer or call back. I have texted and emailed. No answer. I have very little confidence in the work this dealership is and has done if they can't get past checking a bulb to fix a problem. More
