I did not receive my 2nd FOB for my car. Shelby said she would call and let me know when they had it. Although I had spoken to Shelby about the how to open the gas tank the day before, I had Shelby said she would call and let me know when they had it. Although I had spoken to Shelby about the how to open the gas tank the day before, I had not heard from her about my 2nd fob after a week. I called a sales manager and he made sure I got it in a timely manner. Shelby called me about the fob after I spoke to the sales manager saying she thought we had discussed it the day before when I asked about the gas tank. We had not and I didn’t appreciate that she was not being honest. More
