We spotted the Z71 Tahoe out front and knew we had to have it. We called and Joe met us there to look at it. We took it for a test drive and were sold. Koepp made car buying a simple, quick, painless and very pleasant experience. My husband did his research online, he found a car in Koepp that he was interested in and called them to ask if the car was the pleasant experience. From the second we got there, we were greeted by Sheldon with a pleasant smile. He knew us by name and the car we were coming to see. They even had the car ready for us to take on a test drive. After the test drive it took about 30 minutes from deciding to take the car to signing the paperwork. They did not charge the ridiculous fees that most dealerships charge. They also didn't try to up sell us unnecessary overpriced items that other dealerships do. The entire staff was friendly. I got a very welcoming vibe from there. Not to mention the price was very affordable. I will DEFINITELY look at Koepp for cars before I look anywhere else. More
