I came in looking for a very specific model and make, and I was not certain that it would be at the dealership. Turns out one was delivered first thing that morning, and Shelley knew exactly where it was. She and a colleague went and pulled it out to make sure I was able to drive it. I am so happy that she took care of me because I got my car that I truly wanted. Mike in finance was excellent having all of my paperwork ready so when I came in for my appointment, I was able to take care of all of my papers quickly and start my new journey with my new vehicle. Robert was also very kind. Anytime I need a new car or I know of someone who is looking for one Shelley is going to be my first recommendation with her kindness and knowledge I was very pleased, and this was a very pleasant experience for me.
