Smooth, pleasurable and surprised I have been buying cars for over 50 years and I love to haggle over price. I have never purchased a car from Sullivan GMC before but I hate to say I had the most enjoyable time with Shelley Barr. She was very well versed on all the cars and made me feel very relaxed. The Starbucks coffee wasn't bad either. I looked at a car in the evening but it was late and said I would come back the next afternoon. No pressure, nothing. She gave me her card, told me the time she gets in and that was all. I was very surprised at that sales approach. I loved it. I purchased the car the next day, the finance manager was extremely nice and went right through what needed to be done, I purchased some extra items from her. Shelley went through everything on the car and that was it. Very glad to have met her and will buy from her again. More
