We purchased our Outback last year, and the staff was friendly and pleasant to deal with. Our salesman Will Zee was great - he was really helpful and informative, and our experience was very enjoyable. friendly and pleasant to deal with. They even have a large birdcage with beautiful birds in a central area to be enjoyed by all. It provides a great distraction for kids of all ages! More
Helpful right from the start and very friendly. Kevin (Sales) initially helped me about my car’s problem emergently and discerned I needed to return the next day. Came in as he directed, and David D provided critical info about my needed repair from a Master Certified Mechanic - I met Jim Nolan and we realized he knew our previous mechanic very well who had worked at Perkins years ago!- and then got me another Outback as a loaner. That was great! Took some time for the part needed and I had the loaner for a week! Repair made and David got it covered under our extended warranty and apparently the problem was also a recall issue. The waiting room was spacious, comfortable and I loved my cappuccino ! Kevin saw me again as I was waiting and asked what had ultimately happened with the car and actually remembered my name. David kept me apprised of the repair progress and could not have been nicer. My husband and I used Perkins 20 yrs ago and followed our mechanic there from Perkins to Premier to Reynolds in Old Lyme btw. A delightful experience all in all. We will likely come back again for service as we have 2 Outback’s and know Jim Nolan is there in Service now. Everyone including your phone agents too are friendly and helpful- everyone!
