I was expecting an exceptional customer service experience from a luxury brand like Audi, unfortunately it didn’t happened. Firstly, the salesman made promises during the buying process that he experience from a luxury brand like Audi, unfortunately it didn’t happened. Firstly, the salesman made promises during the buying process that he didn’t delivered. The car was a birthday present for my wife and I asked if a red bow could be put on the car from the beginning of the purchasing process. I was told from the salesman that he would make it happen. Throughout the entire buying process I was told multiple times that he would try to make it happen. I was very disappointed when I received the car and there was no red bow on the car. I reached out to the salesman and was told the bow cost $80. At no point during the purchasing process the salesman told me I would have to pay for the bow. If it was only $80 I would have paid for it myself. I wanted to create a specific moment for my wife for her birthday and the red bow would’ve been the icing on the cake. Presenting her the car without the red bow ruined the whole experience. Secondly, it took almost 3 weeks to close the deal and it should’ve been done quicker. We mailed the check overnight to the dealership. The check was marked as delivered on Monday but Audi Stuart dealership didn’t confirmed with us until Friday. They stated they didn’t have the key to get into an office to check if the cashiers check has arrived. Lastly, my wife’s information on the paperwork was incorrect so I provided detail information to the finance person through email, I assumed he would’ve correct the information and he didn’t. I was planning to purchase another car for my mother for Christmas, I know I would not be doing business with Audi Stuart due to their unprofessionalism and poor customer service. Please provide training for your staff and advise them not to make empty promises to clients. More
