She explained the issue found with my car and made it easy to understand the course of action to take in order to fix it. She was so nice and helpful, I can see why my parents go to her each time they need service on their Toyotas. Though I wasn't there for looking for a new car, I also interacted with Scott. The first time I brought my truck (then a 2005 4Runner that was 10 years old), I felt like I had been placed in GREAT hands in terms of being told the truth of what I needed to be safe on the road without trying to gouge my pocketbook!! Despite the fact that I now live 15 miles away--and pass 2 other Toyota dealerships, I will still continue coming to Cowboy Toyota and Shelly if and when I need my new 2020 Highlander serviced!!
