From scheduling the appointment to dropping the vehicle for maintenance and picking up was a smooth travel working with Shengqian Saguisi. Shen is good at looking after customer and takes care of the busin for maintenance and picking up was a smooth travel working with Shengqian Saguisi. Shengqian Saguisi did an excellent job coordinating a routine service, providing a loaner and contacting a sales representative for a car purchase. This is not the first time that he was involved in our routine service, providing a loaner and contacting a sales representative for a car purchase. They are are the nicest people to deal with. I hit something in the road and slashed my tire. I was so scared as I watched my tire pressure drop. I called crown and was transferred to Austin said he something in the road and slashed my tire. I was so scared as I watched my tire pressure drop. I called crown and was transferred to Austin said he already had an email that was car was coming by tow. It was all ok. Not to worry. Shen is always there when I need him. He always calls me back and he is such a fantastic guy and knows so much about the cars. He always takes time with me and tells me what is going to be done and I never feel like I'm just another customer. The customer service at Crown is over the top. They set the bar. This is why I go there. More

My service advisor, Shen Saguisi is professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable! Everyone at Crowne is really nice to deal with. In the past I dealt with the other MB dealer in town (much closer t friendly, and very knowledgeable! Everyone at Crowne is really nice to deal with. Crown Mercedes of Dublin offers outstanding service. I took my car in for a routine check up and it was white-glove from the moment you drive in. My service advisor, Shengqian Saguisi was the most gracio took my car in for a routine check up and it was white-glove from the moment you drive in. My service advisor, Shengqian Saguisi was the most gracious and personable too. He didn't try to oversell, considered my needs, and did exactly what was needed.
