Shen Saguisi is a great Service advisor! I brought my car in and needed to get a new key because one of my keys was stolen. I did not have an appointment because I thought it would be a quic I brought my car in and needed to get a new key because one of my keys was stolen. I did not have an appointment because I thought it would be a quick in and out. I was wrong. Getting a new Mercedes key is not a trivial matter. Shen said he could help me out, and proceeded to spend the next hour getting the car scanned, cancelling the stolen key, programming the new key, washing the car, etc. It was a great experience. I would not hesitate to come back to Shen and Crown Mercedes service in the future. Thanks! More

As a first-time leasee, I had some questions that were explained clearly. I feel throughout the entire process that the transaction was well orchestrated. My experience started with Crown 5 years ago when I purchased a used 2006 E-350 from Crown. My experience with the service department was positive and I was treated as if I had purchased a brand new car. When it came time to replace the E350 I was positively inclined to give Crown my business but was looking for a competitive price. I shopped around and received quotes from other dealerships outside my area. I was willing to travel to another State to buy a car at the right price. Fortunately Crown was very competitive and fair and I know from my previous experience that the service is first rate. More

Service Department I am the queen for getting nails in my tires. Shengqian Saguisi is always on top of it for me. It is kind of a joke between us.
