Great service on my E350 4matic I contacted Shen Saguisi after I hit a huge pothole. My E350 needed to be towed to the shop at Crown. Shen got the Mechanic working on it that after I contacted Shen Saguisi after I hit a huge pothole. My E350 needed to be towed to the shop at Crown. Shen got the Mechanic working on it that afternoon and kept me informed on his progress. I was able to save money by Shen recommending getting my two rims repaired instead of buying new ones. Shen also explain every repair needed so there were no surprises when I paid the bill. More
