After contacting Morgan Chavez at Vernon Auto Group via e-mail, he contacted me immediately and done everything I needed over the phone. I live over 2 hours away so it was incredibly convenient to get there test drive my new truck and sign the paperwork. There was no ridiculous back and forth negotiation and no hassle which is what I hate most about the car buying experience. Basically I couldn't have asked for a better situation. Morgan was great and I'm thankful that after 2 years I got exactly what I wanted in my 2016 Nissan Titan XD. More
