After weeks of research I had narrowed my search to a couple nearly identical trucks from different dealers. My final choice came down to which dealer had the best online reviews. Vernon Auto Group's reviews were far better than most. I also took note that they are a large dealership in a low density population area, very similiar to a popular supper club out in the middle of nowhere...the types of businesses that thrive because they offer a great experience. And that's exactly what Vernon gave me. I worked with Steve Ybarra and he was awesome I asked for specific photos of the truck and he took them and sent them within minutes. He was willing to photo the 'worst of the worst' as I call it, hiding nothing from me. The night prior to their delivery of the truck to the OKC airport (yes, you read that correctly...and it saved me 6 additional hours driving back to MN!), Steve called and told me that they put a dime-sized nick in the fender while washing it. Before I could say anything he told me they would cover the cost of the repair at a repair shop of my choice back in MN. The only answer to that kind of honesty and integrity is "Wow". Even though I live 1000 miles away, I now consider Steve Ybarra and the Vernon Auto Group to be my personal dealership. Their excellent reputation is well deserved and I recommend them with the utmost confidence! More

Overall pleased with service Great rice for the vehicle. My salesman was spot on with every detail. We drove in from about 4 hours away and Ryan had original vehicle ready for us. He took time to go over different options that in the long run were better deals. After completing the financing we took delivery of the vehicle. It was late in the day and we had a 4 hour drive home. I noticed some things that the detail guys missed but didn't mention at the time as we didn't want to wait any longer to get home. Once we got home I took time the next day to go over inside and out and let Ryan know how poorly the detail guys did. The inside of vehicle didn't even look touched which was the main concern as outside was going to get dirty on drive home. Ryan responded quickly and they wanted to quickly resolve this. They offered to send a check to have vehicle professionally detailed at my local area. I was very impressed with them for doing this. If I had more time I could have stayed and had it done before we left. Great customer service. Very professional all around. More
