Before I even got to the dealership they helped me get the financing I needed and went above and beyond to assist me in any way that they could. I truly felt like a VIP because of the treatment I received from Sherri, Luciano and the rest of the Ford Country staff. And it didn't end when I drove my new car off the lot, they checked on me, answered my questions, got me assistance with registering my vehicle in California and gave me personal attention that I have never received from a dealership before. Like I said, on a scale of 1-10, Ford Country is a 12! I would recommend them to anyone without hesitation. More

Great experience This is our 3 rd Ford and we finally "got it right"..... I am handicapped walk with Cane and use a mobility scooter.........Sherrie Anderson did such a wonderful job listening to our wants and specific needs in buying the exact car that is perfect for us.......the Tansit Conduct Van is wonderful! It is very roomy with a large area for your feet and legs......we love the comfortable, roomy leather seats......We love the wide visibility, the ease in which I can sit down and get up from the car........we love the " airy open feeling".........the large visitors ( for blocking the sun).... Which is a must when you live in Las Vegas.......also my scooter fits nicely in the back....and because it is lower to the ground, much easier for my husband to load and unload. I don't understand why we don't see more of these on the road.......a great choice for anyone who is physically handicapped! Sherrie is a really super, kind and caring sales person.....she goes over and beyond what the average sales person does.........we hope you value her as employee............we think she deserves a raise! gone shopping I started a new job and I needed a truck a requirement. I have been unemployed for so long that I wasn't expecting to need a different vehicle along I started a new job and I needed a truck a requirement. I have been unemployed for so long that I wasn't expecting to need a different vehicle along with this new career. After talking with my bank, I found out that the truck I wanted was a bit higher price than the bank was going to lend me. Sherri had really listened to my story of horrible luck over the last 3 years during the test drive, and I felt comfortable and perhaps even a little sympathy. I liked the truck, but as mentioned above, the bank wasn't cooperating even as highly valued accounts. This is when I had to say I couldn't get a high enough loan and broke my news to Sherri. After being in a wonderful place financially, I could walk in and get whatever I wanted. Than 3 years went by thanks to NLV and their horrible spending, I lost everything I had worked and saved for. They eliminated my position as well as 100s of others to have money to cover their incompetence. Anyways, needed a reliable and attractive truck for work. Sherri called me the next day, seeming really touched by my situation and went to her boss to bat for me. I was a bit sceptical, but they gave me the deal I asked for and very close to what I needed. When I'm back on my feet, soon, I will be back for an expidition or an edge, all the while keeping my current new truck. This particular one will out last me. Thx again! The Browns' More
