After talking with my bank, I found out that the truck I wanted was a bit higher price than the bank was going to lend me. Sherri had really listened to my story of horrible luck over the last 3 years during the test drive, and I felt comfortable and perhaps even a little sympathy. I liked the truck, but as mentioned above, the bank wasn't cooperating even as highly valued accounts. This is when I had to say I couldn't get a high enough loan and broke my news to Sherri. After being in a wonderful place financially, I could walk in and get whatever I wanted. Than 3 years went by thanks to NLV and their horrible spending, I lost everything I had worked and saved for. They eliminated my position as well as 100s of others to have money to cover their incompetence. Anyways, needed a reliable and attractive truck for work. Sherri called me the next day, seeming really touched by my situation and went to her boss to bat for me. I was a bit sceptical, but they gave me the deal I asked for and very close to what I needed. When I'm back on my feet, soon, I will be back for an expidition or an edge, all the while keeping my current new truck. This particular one will out last me. Thx again! The Browns' More

It's uncommon to use honest in describing a car purchase from a dealership, from a purchase perception because you always wonder if you could have negotiated a better deal when you walk out. It is, after all, a negotiation. I will tell you though, here, they are honest. I received every single rebate, (even one that I wasn't aware of that they called me a few days after the contract was completed, CASH, not a coupon for an oil change). Business is business, but here in Vegas, so often it is about being in the right place at the right time. Ford Country is the right place every time, in my humble opinion. I wanted a slightly larger vehicle with better gas mileage. So, two years later when my husband wanted to get rid of his Durango and get an F150, we went to see Sherri again. We both have the eco-boost engines and we have not had any problems. Sherri has excellent customer service. She follows up after the sale to see if everything is ok and if we have any questions. I had one problem in the beginning with my navigation when I was travelling. I was in New Mexico and Sherri found a dealership for me while we were still on the phone. People, if you have a complaint with the service department, go back to the salesperson. They will get you through the process of what needs to be done. They want the repeat business and that is part of the customer service experience that I found with Sherri and why we went back to her. More
