I Have purchased Two Vehicles at ford country and every time has been Easy and smooth. They even bought me Lunch. Michael Callas was amazing and he made me feel like family. I can not say enough about this great man. The staff is always friendly and Fast, Taking great care of me. I will continue to Refer friends and family to Ford Country and Michael Callas. It's uncommon to use honest in describing a car purchase from a dealership, from a purchase perception because you always wonder if you could have negotiated a better deal when you walk out. It is, after all, a negotiation. I will tell you though, here, they are honest. I received every single rebate, (even one that I wasn't aware of that they called me a few days after the contract was completed, CASH, not a coupon for an oil change). Business is business, but here in Vegas, so often it is about being in the right place at the right time. Ford Country is the right place every time, in my humble opinion. Good folks, running a good business, helping every day people through a process pleasantly and politely. More

Easy, quick, no hassle professional customer service My wonderful salesperson, Silas Walker, from the Findlay Lincoln dealership referred me to Sherri Anderson when I wanted to trade in my Lincoln MKX fo My wonderful salesperson, Silas Walker, from the Findlay Lincoln dealership referred me to Sherri Anderson when I wanted to trade in my Lincoln MKX for an Explorer. I wanted a slightly larger vehicle with better gas mileage. So, two years later when my husband wanted to get rid of his Durango and get an F150, we went to see Sherri again. We both have the eco-boost engines and we have not had any problems. Sherri has excellent customer service. She follows up after the sale to see if everything is ok and if we have any questions. I had one problem in the beginning with my navigation when I was travelling. I was in New Mexico and Sherri found a dealership for me while we were still on the phone. People, if you have a complaint with the service department, go back to the salesperson. They will get you through the process of what needs to be done. They want the repeat business and that is part of the customer service experience that I found with Sherri and why we went back to her. More
