Walking in Faith My wife and I shopped around various dealers seeking the best customer service and best value for a great vehicle. Upon our arrival at Sheehy Ford Ma My wife and I shopped around various dealers seeking the best customer service and best value for a great vehicle. Upon our arrival at Sheehy Ford Marlow Heights we were professionally greeted by Sales Specialist Sherrill Smith during unfavorable weather conditions. My wife and I discussed our purchase plan with Sales Specialist Sherrill Smith. Sales Specialist Sherrill Smith produced a vehicle that suited our needs. During the purchase process we discovered that the outside online financing that we had came with unfavorable fees and fine print. Rather than being turned away Sales Specialist Sherrill Smith introduced us to General Sales Manager Shawn Allen and Finance Manager Donna Mosley. Both were very polite and dedicated to helping us, which made my wife and I agree on allowing them to help us find better financing. At the end of the day my wife and I were greeted and treated with excellent customer service. We received better FINANCING with a LOWER RATE and NEVER FELT PRESSURED into buying a car. My wife and I greatly appreciated the professionalism of Sales Specialist Sherrill Smith, General Sales Manager Shawn Allen and Finance Manager Donna Mosley. Poor Customer Service money back guarantee I purchased a vehicle on 9.2.14 and returned it on 9.3.14 because i was not satisfied with the vehicle. I was asked 30 million questions by 3 differen I purchased a vehicle on 9.2.14 and returned it on 9.3.14 because i was not satisfied with the vehicle. I was asked 30 million questions by 3 different people upon my returning the vehicle despite the 3 day money back guarantee. I was told i should have my downpayment refund in 7-10 days. After 14 days i began calling about my refund. I received the run around and the give me your number and i will call you back, no return call. I even left a message with Paula Caruso and of course no return call. This went on for 4 days and finally i went back to the dealership. I again got the run around about my refund and was told it will take 30 minutes to print the check so i waited. After an hour there was no check. I paged Sean Chapman who was assisting me and he didn't have the decency to come to the sales floor to address the situation. I had to go knock on doors start yelling and screaming and threatening to dent the cars in the showroom before i was given my refund. I was in the dealership 2 1/2 hours waiting on a refund check. NEVER AGAIN WILL I BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. More

Blown Away I went to Sheehy Ford in Marlow Heights because another Ford dealer didn't follow up with me after I told them what I was interested in. I got a quick I went to Sheehy Ford in Marlow Heights because another Ford dealer didn't follow up with me after I told them what I was interested in. I got a quick response from Felecia Bowles and after I got to the dealer the first person I was greeted by was Sherrill Smith. I read reviews and had another sales representative in mind because he was highly recommended. When I got there he was busy so I asked was Ms. Sherrill available and she was. I was not disappointed, she was very professional and knowledgeable about what I had in mind. I could not have been blessed with a better representative, she is awesome!! And to top that off the general manager Tony Nardelli sealed the deal, he's the most kindest and compassionate person I've dealt with when getting to the end (paper work) of the car buying experience. I will definitely recommend this dealership to anyone interested in buying a vehicle. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK SHEEHY FORD!! Also, a thumbs up to the finance representative who completed my paper work, she was very pleasant. More

Excellent Dealership! I bought a 2014 Ford Taurus SEL from the Marlow Heights location and my sales representative was Sherrill Smith. She was very professional; she knew what she was doing; and I did not have to stay for an entire day to get my car. I was in and out! She definitely knew her stuff and I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND going to see her if you are in the market for a new car! Tony Nardelli, the General Manager, and Chris Sheehan, the Sales Manager where very helpful and friendly as well. They both played an intricate role in making sure I was both satisfied with my purchase and keeping my new car reasonable priced!
