Being in the industry for 35 years I have seen a lot of changes in this industry. But the one thing that has never changed, is the fact that customers want to deal with someone they feel they can trust, that will listen to their needs and not just try to sell them something! A vehicle is second only to a home, the most expensive thing that most people will ever purchase. It's my job to make it as fun and exciting as it truly should be, rather than dreadful and intimidating. There is nothing more exciting than bringing that joy to a client in helping them find the perfect vehicle to meet their needs!

Sherry was great. Also checking with about my two leased cars. She does all of the work and it makes my life stress free. Called me about the low interest rates and within hours, I had a new lease the next cars. She does all of the work and it makes my life stress free. FIVE STARS!!! Hands down the best customer service and response time in DFW. No bs or baiting just honest folks who are professional and who make the whole experience comfortable. I’ve bought and sold lots of cars over the years when economic times were on my side. Finding myself in a place that has compromised my buying power, and quite frankly vulnerable to the stereotypical car sales person, isn’t where I intend to remain for long. D&M invests in helping get you back on track. So I can eventually be in the drivers seat of my dream car and it’s all thanks to D&M.
