Moving mountains ! WOW! What can i say, my experience w/ D&M Leasing and leasing Manager Sherry Horner was fantastic. As a 4 time Car & Motorcycle buyer that's not somet WOW! What can i say, my experience w/ D&M Leasing and leasing Manager Sherry Horner was fantastic. As a 4 time Car & Motorcycle buyer that's not something I've ever even contemplated saying about anyone relative to the car business. From the initial jump Sherry was on it, she asked me some very simple questions about my needs, my preferences and what my end result looked like. I explained i needed to purchase a small to midsize SUV for my mother (specific color too). My mother wasn't the most savvy when it comes to making a large ticket item purchase but Sherry was more than accommodating, she helped me help my mother in understanding what was needed, what to expect, and how we can work through any hiccups. Hiccups you say, yes, quite a few in fact. See my mother had never owned a vehicle in her own name before and her credit history was limited, this caused some issues w/the bank which is understandable but Sherry Horner truly moved mountains to make my mothers car dream come true. At times my mother was getting disappointed thinking it would be a greater challenge than expected but Sherry was able to give me hope and in turn i assured my mother that the leasing manager was working her tail off and man did she ever, at one point she even got the President of the Company involved. Now that is what you call above and beyond! The best part about my experience was the ease in dealing via emails, phone calls and even quick personal text updates. Once it was all said and done i was in and out of the office in maybe 10-15 minutes, incredulous. I am very grateful i was fortunate enough to work with Sherry. I implore you to seek out Sherry in particular she is highly driven and will not rest until you are comfortable w/your terms and your vehicle. I'd give her ****** 6 stars if i could.
