Being in the industry for 35 years I have seen a lot of changes in this industry. But the one thing that has never changed, is the fact that customers want to deal with someone they feel they can trust, that will listen to their needs and not just try to sell them something! A vehicle is second only to a home, the most expensive thing that most people will ever purchase. It's my job to make it as fun and exciting as it truly should be, rather than dreadful and intimidating. There is nothing more exciting than bringing that joy to a client in helping them find the perfect vehicle to meet their needs!

Frequently customers are left in the dark and manipulated and worn down to a nub. There is no such dynamic at D & M. If you are fortunate enough to work with Sherry Horner, you are truly blessed. Sherry is laid back and personable, but always maintains her professionalism in a natural, approachable way. Sherry was a wealth of experience and knowledge and absolutely sensitive and respectful of our unique need. When a car was located that fit our specifications the price never wavered. We were informed what to expect every step of the way and Sherry was completely patient with our many questions and concerns, but fully accepting of meeting our needs and satisfaction. We were made to feel welcome, respected and worthy of absolute satisfaction by Sherry. I could not recommend Sherry and D & M more. Do not hesitate to do business with them in complete confidence that you will receive excellent service and feel secure and comfortable during the whole process!! More
