I want to give you 3 and a half stars. the salesman, Stan, was very good, but the wait was horrible. We waited 3 and a half hours. I drove 3 hours from the west coast (Punta Gorda) and ano the salesman, Stan, was very good, but the wait was horrible. We waited 3 and a half hours. I drove 3 hours from the west coast (Punta Gorda) and another 3 hours home. The drives you had no control over, but the time at the dealership was ridiculous. We sat for hours at 2 diferent offices at the main store and finally finished across the street at the used car store. Stan was very good and the closer (I don't remember his name), was very quick. The whole thing (the test drive, getting the OTD price, selling my car, and writing the check) took maybe 25-35 minutes the waitting time... I'll give the experience 3 and a half stars. maybe 4 stars. More

No follow up as to when my plate was ready. The so called manager gave me the runaround and suddenly the plate was ready. Why didn’t they check? Car only came with one key. Finance dept was okay but had to wait a long time when I came in to put my down payment. Needs attention to detail and honesty. More

On 12/16/25, I visited Toyota of Hollywood to purchase a new Crown Signia. The salesperson, Evgeny, was very attentive, polite, and knowledgeable about all the technical aspects. He convinced me that this w new Crown Signia. The salesperson, Evgeny, was very attentive, polite, and knowledgeable about all the technical aspects. He convinced me that this was exactly the car I wanted. However, when the sales process began, everything went very wrong. I had to deal with the manager, MIKE ESSA. The process, which should have taken a reasonable amount of time, turned into an exhausting ordeal that lasted total more than five hours. The manager used "old school" tactics, applying unacceptably intense pressure to force me to decide. This created an extremely uncomfortable atmosphere, not conducive to constructive dialogue. All my objections and refusals were ignored. The manager used a "wear-down" tactic, repeatedly returning to already discussed issues and deliberately dragging out the time at each stage, which is an unacceptable manipulative tactic. Most of the time spent was filled with personal stories unrelated to the car purchase and distracting maneuvers, which I consider extremely unprofessional and disrespectful of my time. In the end, it all became so unpleasant that I was ready to get up and leave but imagining having to go through all of this again, I simply gave him $500 just to never see him again and to finish this process as quickly as possible.
