Upon arrival Bob had the Maxima pulled around front and ready for me to test drive. I caught them on a busy day (maybe that was just a "normal" day lol) but they made sure I wasn't sitting around waiting too long during any steps of the process. You could tell this wasn't Sid's first rodeo either. He was flying through the finance paperwork / signatures but took his time to address any questions I had or needed further explanation on. Great guy to work with as well. Would recommend! More

Their pricing is true, no haggle, everyone qualifies pricing and not the nonsense other dealers pull where they give you a price that you would never qualify for because you are not an active duty service member that just graduated college and works for a specific company and you were born on the third Tuesday after a lunar eclipse. Rich Chizmar has been our salesman for all 4 of our purchases from St. Charles Nissan and he is awesome to work with. Super knowledgeable, and takes the time to understand your situation and help you get the right vehicle for what you need. He has actually steered us away from more expensive vehicles that would not work for our needs and gotten us into the perfect car for a great price! Our most recent purchase the finance paperwork was handled by Dan Gibbons and he was great to work with. Didn't hard sell a bunch of stuff and got us a great deal. Our past purchases we dealt with Sid and he was also awesome to work with. These guys really go out of their way to get you a good deal on your financing. For service, our adviser for the last few years has been Al Romero and he has been great to work with. He does a great job keeping you updated on the status of the car and he won't push service extras on you that you don't need. All in all St. Charles Nissan is the best dealership I have ever dealt with and we highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to buy a car. More
