So by the time I got there I just wanted to grab my car and go. Both Sid Waldrop and the finance guy (Derek Haines) were friendly and efficient and knew their jobs well. They answered all my questions and got me out of there in about an hour, start to finish. I got the "Pat Lobb pure price" off the internet which was about 3k below the sticker price. I don't know if that was the absolute lowest price I could have gotten but I was satisfied with it. They showed me all of the available options and add-ons (which I didn't want) and there was no pressure to add anything I didn't really want. Overall it was a very pleasant experience. More

After less than an hour and a half of paperwork, and conversations I was able to leave the dealership on my new car. First of all, it’s hard to have a “good” experience when purchasing a vehicle, it’s just not set up for enjoyment. I have purchased multiple new vehicles and I can count on one hand “having a good experience”. This is the ONE single positive experience with Pat Lobb McKinney Toyota. I explained that I had been through the “process” with another dealership (closer to home) and walked away very disappointed in the experience. I would have continued with the "local" dealer but they sold the Tundra we were interested in. I found Patt Lobb McKinney Toyota during my search for similar vehicle. Thank goodness I found them. In the process of finding the right Tundra (Husband wanted a very specific one!) we uncovered that my perceived concerns were in fact, what I will call, shady tactics "local" dealership used to "hide" added charges/fees. Sadly, the average consumer's mistrust of dealerships is sometimes validated. Not with Pat Lobb McKinney Toyota!! The crew we worked with makes Pat Lobb McKinney Toyota THE needle in the dealership haystack! Thank you Thomas "Spike" Lipscomb, Sid Waldrop & super kudos to John Baldwin. You guys ROCK!
