I recently purchased a vehicle from this dealership. They were very nice in the beginning, during the purchasing of the vehicle. However, I purchased the used 2016 Ford Fusion when it had only 32,938. I They were very nice in the beginning, during the purchasing of the vehicle. However, I purchased the used 2016 Ford Fusion when it had only 32,938. It now has just under 36,000 in the first month of having purchased it. I’ve already had to take it to the shop due to a nasty noise coming from the engine. The water pump is going out. The ford dealership that I took it to get serviced said it was an estimated $1361 to fix. They also said it was NOT covered on the warranty that came with the vehicle. I called the dealership that I purchased it from, and they said they couldn’t help. I called to talk to the manager, left a voicemail, and never heard back. Very displeased that I now have to fix a car that I have only just purchased, and the treatment thereafter with the dealership. Would not recommend business there. More
