Back in 2018/2019, our organization received a grant to purchase a van and someone recommended Mr. Ruth. I did not know how we were going to navigate it because we were so new to the process. Mr. Ruth to purchase a van and someone recommended Mr. Ruth. I did not know how we were going to navigate it because we were so new to the process. Mr. Ruth took the time to explain the process. He was and is always very kind, courteous and knowledgeable. I also purchased a 2014 Chrysler back in 2018. I explained to him what I was looking for and, once again, he came through. On both occasions, I never felt any pressure and I didn't feel rushed. He listened to me which allowed me to trust him. Whether he communicated through phone call or email, he has always been clear and concise. We will always look to Mr. Ruth for guidance whenever we decide to purchase.
