Silas made our overall experience at the dealership so calm and relaxed. Especially having just experienced a car accident and not being prepared to have to purchase another vehicle so soon. Silas also recorded a video showing the exterior and interior of the vehicle we were planning to test drive prior to our arrival at the dealership. I felt that this was a very personal and kind touch on the entire experience. He frequently checked in with my husband and I as we waited to meet with the financial specialist to finalize everything.
