It was my first visit in person to the dealership, after a brief phone conversation that convinced me it would be absolutely worth driving 2.5 hours to visit with them. My salesman, Silvio Luz as well as his manager, Rick Feldmann, are true professionals at what they do. They knew to give me space while I went back and forth over multiple cars until I found the perfect fit and then put together an excellent deal in less than 15 minutes, with no back and forth or nonsense and top money for my Ferrari trade. While waiting for paperwork, I had the opportunity to get to know the service people and was truly impressed. Shawn Sosner took the time to answer every question I had, showed me the facilities and made sure I understood that they would always go above and beyond to take care of their customers. Exceptionally knowledgeable, polite and professional people are not so easy to find, but Ferrari of Fort Lauderdale seems to have a great team in place.
