I communicated with the Sales Manager by phone and email, told him what I was looking for, and he had narrowed the selection down to three possibilities our of several by my appointment time.. He was knowledgeable, thorough, courteous, accommodating, and extremely patient. I've been maintaining my Toyota's at Fremont Toyota for over 30 years because of their excellent service center and the quality of their work. This was my first actual purchase from this dealership and the experience was awesome. No pressure and very concerned about satisfying the customer. More
