He showed us the vehicle that we wanted, as well as other trims to consider. When it came time to make offers, we went back and forth (as per usual) a few times before we agreed on a fair deal. Working with Michael, the Finance Manager was also a breeze. He was prepared with all the necessary paperwork and he was transparent with everything; no surprises.
