I have experienced excellent customer service from the staff at Fremont Toyota. From working with Simon on my 2024 Highlander purchase, and my first service, Oscar, the manager, and the staff were awesome staff at Fremont Toyota. I want to start by saying that Simon and the manager were absolutely amazing. They were kind, patient, and made the car-buying process smooth and comfortable. Their professionalism is the only reason this review is not one star, and honestly the main reason I went through with the purchase at all. I would happily buy from Simon again. Unfortunately, my experience with the finance manager, Jason, was the complete opposite and left a very sour ending to what should have been an exciting moment. From the moment we entered his office, he did not introduce himself, stand up, greet us, or even acknowledge our presence unless he needed a signature. We weren’t invited to sit, and basic courtesy was completely absent. His tone throughout the entire interaction was rude, dismissive, and condescending, to the point where it felt uncomfortable to ask questions. Several of his remarks came across as snarky and impatient. At one point, while reviewing paperwork that included a language preference section, I casually pointed out Spanish, and he scoffed under his breath and said something along the lines of, “Well, we’re not speaking Spanish, are we?” That comment was unnecessary and unprofessional. When discussing insurance, I said I wasn’t sure if I had full coverage and needed to double-check. His response was, “What do you mean you’re not sure?”—said in a belittling tone. Later, when I said I didn’t have full coverage yet and was about to finish my sentence, he cut me off and sarcastically asked, “So are you getting the car tomorrow or what?” The entire interaction felt rushed, arrogant, and disrespectful. I was genuinely so uncomfortable that I almost walked out and didn’t buy the car at all. The only reason I didn’t was because Simon and the manager went above and beyond to make things right. Spending over $10,000 on a vehicle, I expect at least basic respect and professionalism. If Jason remains in this role, I will not be returning to this dealership. It was extremely disappointing that such a great experience was overshadowed so badly at the end. Thank you again to Simon and the manager—your service did not go unnoticed. More

Ken gave me a good price on our car and a good trade in value when two other dealers would not. I have rarely ever liked a car salesman. Ken Costa is the guy you want to deal with.
