I was at this dealership for twenty four hours to secure my pickup truck. I verbalized when I sat down that I was going to do outside financing, and was then prompted to trade in my vehicle prior to being t my pickup truck. I'm firmly of the mind this was done intentionally to secure in-house financing. The people were nice. The facility was nice. Simon was great. But the organization of the purchasing was abysmal.
