I'm writing this review because I am actually speechless at this point after my experience with Wesley Chapel today. I live out of state, and I've been having difficulty finding a fair deal on the new Lexus at this point after my experience with Wesley Chapel today. I live out of state, and I've been having difficulty finding a fair deal on the new Lexus of my dreams, I was referred to the dealership by a long time personal friend of mine who lives in Florida. Initially I was told by a salesman who shall remain nameless since I believe He DID want to help me and sell me my dream car (bear in mind I was making a cash offer all fees and taxes included at full MSRP) I came away from my phone conversation with him ecstatic thinking my dream car was only weeks away from being my own!. This is sadly the point where my pleasant experience at Wesley Chapel ended. After visiting my local bank and arranging for a wire transfer in the full amount of purchase I returned home to call Wesley Chapel to give them the great news, it was at this point I had the door slammed in my face by an extremely rude man named Simon Tickett, who called and told me that my salesman had approached him about the deal on the table, and that he (Mr. Simon Tickett) had "ran it up the chain of command" and it had been decided that since I was an out of state buyer, that Wesley Chapel had no desire to do business with me, (again, cash offer, money on the table, full MSRP.) that the conversation was over, then proceeded to hang up on me.I watch hours of automotive content online and never have I seen or been informed that dealerships won't sell you are from another state. I've done hours of research on dealership experience and Lexus generally ranks among the best, but regrettably in my experience with Wesley Chapel and especially Mr. Tickett today,the exact opposite is true. The treatment I received after my initial call couldn't have been any more disrespectful, discouraging and jut plain rude. It was truly a shameful example of the way American car dealerships are taking full advantage of shortages in supply chains and imposing empty fees and ridiculous rules along with being curt whenever they see fit simply because demand is high, "tripping over a dollar to pick up a dime", so to speak. And so this is my review of my experience today with Mr. Simon Tickett and Wesley Chapel Lexus. 1/10. More

I was getting pricing from 4 other Lexus dealers and Mary was the ONLY ONE too consistently keep in touch ! She’s the reason I made the first purchase. Here we go again 7 months later, 1st oil change and today I’m a proud owner of another New Es 350. Why? Because of Mary. Very talented, computer skills incredible, fantastic personality,and great follow up and customer service.! I can blow off any desk manager at any given dealership as the machismo mentality is common. I chose too purchase a 2nd time because of her! I wish I could give Tim Smith more than 5 stars, truly an awesome salesman, and an amazing person. Buying a new car is never the easiest process, but he made sure I stayed happy, informed and worry free, as awesome salesman, and an amazing person.
