Just bought my 4th vehicle from this hawk location yesterday. Had to get it transferred from the oak lawn store and once I showed interest like usual Cisco Rangel jumped into action and made it happen yesterday. When I first walked in to the dealership during the week, I did not have the best experience and ended up leaving pretty upset that day because not only was I waiting for over 20min I had my appointment sche I did not have the best experience and ended up leaving pretty upset that day because not only was I waiting for over 20min I had my appointment scheduled at 7pm didn't get helped until 7:30ish I didn't feel like the sales person had the motivation to try and sell a car, BUT upon looking at their website I saw the truck that i wanted and at a reasonable price so i decided to give this dealership one more shot and to be honest I am super happy that I did! I recently purchased a Jeep Wrangler and was helped by Francisco "Sisco" and he was by far the best! I had the greatest experience all thanks to him, he has great customer service, listened to what I wanted and worked with me to obtain it and if anyone is interested in purchasing a car I would highly recommend to go to Hawk Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Forest Park and ask for Sisco!
