I always ask if my car can be ran through the wash after, however it never is. I also would just think this dealership would go above and beyond service if they saw a sticker needing to go on the windshield. however it never is. Jay has been very helpful. Mohawk Chevrolet on the other hand has not. They got me a truck when I really needed one quickly. But when it comes to service, it is a fight to g Mohawk Chevrolet on the other hand has not. They got me a truck when I really needed one quickly. But when it comes to service, it is a fight to get things done. I was told once before by a service lady that something was not covered by the warranty that I purchased. When I brought in the warranty to show that the item was covered, I was told that I would that I would have to have someone else other than Mohawk do the work. 2 years later, Jay saw the issue and agreed with me that the issue was in fact covered and took care of the problem. Also, getting my service schedule has been challenging. When I call to schedule a service, I am told they have to check with the people who order and schedule the service and would have to call me back. This has happened several times, as recently as two weeks ago. I am still waiting for the call back. I normally do not do reviews, especially anything negative. I do not know how to make known the issues I have run into. Hopefully this review goes to the owner. More
