Always good service here; Skip is great and although this job was tricky to diagnose the problem and took some time, it was resolved and buying new tires was the best and safest solution. This is the first time I've used the service department since I bought my 2020 GTI last February. I live in Ridgefield, CT 45-60 minute trip each way, but I wanted to go back to where I purchased it. T since I bought my 2020 GTI last February. I live in Ridgefield, CT 45-60 minute trip each way, but I wanted to go back to where I purchased it. The entire experience, from scheduling through driving away was excellent. Skip was great - listening to and understanding my issues, explaining what could and could not be done, and communicating with me several time throughout my wait for the service to be done. He clearly explained and priced what was and what wasn't necessary. My only comment would be the availability of a loaner car. For someone like me who travels a long way securing a ride would be very helpful. All-in-all a very good experience. The waiting area, the consideration of everyone I interacted with all top notch. More
