The technician working on my vehicle was also great as he (Mr. Vang) has been the only one to bring up the flashing brake light in my vehicle and if that needed to be addressed. Overall, SkyLynn and Mr. Vang provided exceptional detail, communication, and service. More

They goofed up with an oil pan that had an unseeable leak. I do not understand how a leak under the oil caused oil to go up over the hot engine causing toxic smoke that filled a large condo garage and b leak. But this dealer took responsibility and had my Forester towed back, fixed and cleaned up well. More

I’ve been coming to this location since buying my current Subaru in 2014. This visit was for a key fob. The fob cost $222.15, plus service $174.89. When I asked what the “misc shop supplies” charge was, I was told “rags, etc.” An email exchange with a supervisor, Lisa Mullenberg, gave no further explanation. In fact, she was rather dismissive, & promised a refund which never came. Previous visits had always been good, but this has changed my opinion of this service department More
