I don’t think I have ever experienced this exceptional level of customer service in all of my years owning a car! We had a TERRIBLE experience with our local dealership service provider so we reached out level of customer service in all of my years owning a car! We had a TERRIBLE experience with our local dealership service provider so we reached out to Folsom Lake (where we bought the car from) to see if they could help us. They were horrified at the experience we had with the previous dealership and let us know they would help us! They came to us (we live about two hours away), brought us a rental car, took our car back to Folsom Lake, repaired it while maintaining excellent communication with us, and brought our car back in an incredible turn around time. Skye, Sarah and Israel all were INCREDIBLE. They all went so far above and beyond my expectations. Excellent service, responsiveness, communication and truly delivered on every promise they made. I couldn’t recommend a better place to have service your car or buy a car from! FOLSOM LAKE FORD IS TOP NOTCH!!!! More

Went there twice, you had a young man who needed more training. The first time in, he pointed to the direction of the model of the car I was looking for, it was in the back of the lot and a very hot day training. The first time in, he pointed to the direction of the model of the car I was looking for, it was in the back of the lot and a very hot day. The second time in, the person got the car and brought it around. I felt the manager didn't really car to make the sale. There was no negotiation. We left and bought the car we were looking for through another Ford dealership who was willing to work with their customers for a fair price. Do not recognize the people below. More

Overall it was a good experience but we had a few thing pop up at the end that were a little disappointing. First was we asked numerous times for a due bill for a full detail and we kept getting blown off… pop up at the end that were a little disappointing. First was we asked numerous times for a due bill for a full detail and we kept getting blown off…then it was like “oh ya” and the finance manager was able to provide it to us. The second thing was we originally told one payment but when we got to the finance department it was a different payment. It was a $1.40 difference and the finance guy didn’t know why but he said that the person who quoted must of messed up and didn’t even tell us the payment was different until we looked over all the numbers and pretty much told us “it is what it is”. Truly we really thought about getting up and leaving as it felt like the typical bait and switch. We buy numerous cars and this was our 5th Ford. We will probably go back to our other dealerships next time as we haven’t felt this way in a long time. More
