Mr. Myers, we apologize for any miscommunication on this last service, as the team had thought that they had done a good job of showing you the issue and that there were no misunderstandings. These aftermarket spacers are bolted to the factory studs. The aftermarket studs on that one wheel are off to some degree, causing the issue. Our Express Supervisor can be reached at josh.murrah@landerscorp.com and he would be happy to go over the issue with you. We would also be more than willing to discount having the aftermarket wheel spacers removed and verifying that everything is then working as designed.
