Not only was he incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, but he worked seamlessly with me as an out of state buyer. I live two states away and when I needed assistance, he was quick to help me resolve the issue even though I was unable to bring it into the dealership to get it check out. Due to past experiences with other dealerships, I was hesitant and, admittedly, slightly wary of being taken advantage of. But he was quick to put those concerns to rest and helped me fix the issue without hassle. Their business model is to eliminate the hassle traditionally associated with car sales, and they have proven to me that they truly believe in and strive to accomplish that.
