How Car Sales Are Supposed To Work I recently had the pleasure of executing a transaction with RAV Motors of Burnsville. I don't do this often as it is usually a stress filled and painf I recently had the pleasure of executing a transaction with RAV Motors of Burnsville. I don't do this often as it is usually a stress filled and painful experience. People make a difference, as well as the business paradigm. I'll address the people end first. Slavic Bondarenko and his staff treated me quite well. They allowed me to come, see, drive, and purchase my selected vehicle. He was HONEST, and trusted me. I took the car out for a spin, about an hour or so, no problem. Came back a day later, and was allowed to take it to my mechanic a few towns over for mechanical vetting. All I asked for was a replacement battery as the vehicle had the OEM battery in it. That was no problem. Purchase went off without a hitch. RAV Motors, overall, could not be a better experience. Far different from captive dealers, they have a nice and varied selection of all brands, and all prices, and all trims. I came for a specific car, and it was THERE. There was none of this posting it to the Internet through a family of dealers, only to find the actual car was not really there, but how about this one instead. Selection, service, value, and RESPECT. No tail wags dog, bait and switch sales pressure here at RAV Motors. You'll find what you want, at the price that you want, and will be down the road, problem free. More
