He's serious, but laid back and I felt no pressure to buy, except that I would feel bad if he didn't get the sale being that he spent so much time with me. It was like catching up with an old friend. He did everything he could to make the deal happen and then when it didn't, Smiley stepped in and made it go. I felt like I got what I wanted for my trade and I got a pretty good discount on the Corvette. I felt I got a "good deal" and when you feel like you got a good deal, you did, even if you didn't. They have a large supply of vehicles and their procedure for making the paperwork go quickly was awesome. I was in and out so to speak. I'd definitely buy there again and I would definitely work with Paul Fried. Thanks for the good deal and I'm sure you all did fine too. Everyone was smiling in the end. More

By far the worst experience I ever had with a business To make a long story short I got a vehicle from Van Chevrolet but after three weeks of having the car they said I needed a consigner or I needed to To make a long story short I got a vehicle from Van Chevrolet but after three weeks of having the car they said I needed a consigner or I needed to bring the car back. I decided to bring the car back. Then they said they will make the deal go through without a consigner which sounded shady, so I declined. I asked for my trade in back and that's when they told me they already took it to the auction. I couldn't believe they took it to the auction before the deal was finalized and before they even payed off the trade in. But they said they would get it back and have it towed to me since it wasn't in a condition to be driven. After a week of getting ignored they finally got my car back but they wouldn't tow it to me. After a couple more days of getting ignored I decided to have my car towed myself. I would never advise anyone to do business with them. More
