When I came to pick up the car a few hours later I saw the side was scratched. I was not aware of the damage before signing and no one informed me of it. Morris said paint would be ordered to correct the scratch and the pieces under the door and over the wheel would be replaced. I wish I knew about this before I bought the car, because I wouldn’t have bought the car with the damage. A few weeks later, I brought my car in to be repaired and picked it up a few days later. As soon as I looked at it I was extremely disappointed. The scratch is still clearly visible. Had I known even after getting “fixed” the damaged would still be apparent, I would’ve never bought the car. I feel taken advantage of. I bought a new car because I wanted one in perfect condition, and I definitely didn’t get that. The damage could’ve been at least reflected in the price- which it wasn’t- but even then I would’ve wanted a car that hadn’t been damaged during transport. More
