I don’t go anywhere else for my yearly oil change and tire rotation. My car is always clean when returned to me and my concerns if I need any, about other repairs soon they are listed for a future appoin tire rotation. I had a 1:15 appt for an oil change. I arrived at 1:07. Someone finally came and talked with me about 1:27 to see why I was there. Car was then taken and I was told I could wait, whic I arrived at 1:07. Someone finally came and talked with me about 1:27 to see why I was there. Car was then taken and I was told I could wait, which I did. At 2:46 I approached the desk to see what was going on. At that time, someone came in to tell me my car was done. It took more than an hour and a half from my appointment time to my car being ready. For an oil change. Another customer, who came in after me, was told his car was ready well before mine. I've never had this happen here before. Usually service has been prompt and I've been satisfied. But not this time. I'm very disappointed. The person who took my car never identified himself. But he was a tall, slender man. More
