They over booked for the tire job I had an appointment for almost 2 weeks so the wait was much longer than it should have been. Then I waited almost 30 minutes to get my vehicle brought around for me afte for almost 2 weeks so the wait was much longer than it should have been. Then I waited almost 30 minutes to get my vehicle brought around for me after I flagged down a runner and asked because the checkout person neglected to confirm they heard the call out. They really need to do much better to keep return customers. Booking 4 tire jobs and having only one machine is inexcusable when people are waiting 4 hours for a service that should be much faster, that’s what appointments are for! I’m highly disappointed in this experience, I can go anywhere else and get better service. More
